Patients are seen Monday through Friday. We ask that you call in advance in order to schedule a convenient time. If you cannot keep your appointment, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible at (337)504-3335.
When you call your doctor during office hours about a problem that is not an emergency, a nurse will try to assist you and answer your questions. Please remember that your physician’s entire time is fully scheduled during office hours and their nurses are assisting patients who have scheduled appointments that day.
Please be patient as the nurse will return phone messages as soon as possible. We ask that you do not place multiple calls in an attempt to speak with the nurse or physician. If the schedule for the day is full, your call may be returned within 24 hours. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.
For routine medication refills, call in the prescription number to your pharmacist the day before you wish to pick up the medication. This will give the pharmacist time to have the refill approved by your doctor and the prescription can be ready when you wish to pick it up. Except in very urgent situations, medication refills will not be approved outside normal office hours. You may also request medication refills via the patient portal.

Your medical records are completely private. To ensure patient confidentiality, and in accordance with HIPAA regulations, no information regarding your condition will be released by this office to anyone, including any family member, without your written consent.
